- Join our People team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Apprentice!
- Reporting to one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, you will support our recruitment efforts for central functions.
- Key responsibilities β¨
- Coordinate the recruitment pipeline by managing interview schedules and ensuring seamless communication with candidates.
- Source, assess, and hunt diverse talent pools: Master the art of screening resumes to identify top profiles beyond job titles, and use a "salesy", persuasive approach to engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and creative outreach.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed.
- Optimize employer branding initiatives across social media and local activations to enhance our visibility.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor the health and efficiency of our early-career pipeline.
- Maintain our recruitment tools and databases to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
About you π§βπ
- Educational background ideally in Human Resources, Business, or Sales, and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
- Job experience with a first internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Languages & level on a native level in French and professional fluency in English.
- Tools & processes include an appetite for learning ATS tools (like Lever or Greenhouse) and a natural ease with LinkedIn.
- Communication skills characterized by high energy, empathy, and the ability to pitch Maltβs vision convincingly.

- First call with Sarah (our Talent Acquisition Specialist), to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions (30 minutes)
- Interview with your manager, Claudia, to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
- Final interview with Elise , the head of Talent Acquisition of Malt
- We will be ready to welcome you in our Parisian offices in September 2026 !
