Enrolled Nurse

Join our Residential Aged Care team at our Bray Park facility and play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and quality of life for our residents.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide a high level of clinical and personal care, administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, monitor residents wellbeing, and contribute to the development and implementation of care plans. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

What We're Looking For

• Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
• Demonstrated clinical nursing skills within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
• Ability to administer medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Experience observing, monitoring, documenting and reporting changes in resident health and wellbeing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to contribute to and implement resident care plans
• Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement principles
• Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety practices
• A person-centred approach to care that respects residents' privacy, dignity and choice

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

• Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care
• Experience supporting staff orientation, coaching or supervision
• Knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation requirements
• Experience using electronic clinical documentation systems

Essential Requirements

• Current Enrolled Nurse Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy)
• Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy
