About The Role
Your Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- You support the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contract changes...
- You contribute to the accuracy of HR data and the smooth running of our tools (HRIS, reporting)
- You assist with payroll variable collection and coordination with external providers
- You help ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulations, with the support of the team
Support to People Business Partners & Collaboration
- You provide day-to-day operational support to the People Business Partners
- You handle routine requests from managers and employees
- You help bridge the gap between HR initiatives and their concrete execution
Structuring & Continuous Improvement
- You participate in documenting and updating People Operations processes
- You identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions
- You contribute to building tools and resources for employees and managers
Exploration Area (based on your interests and profile)
Depending on your areas of interest, you may be involved in one or more of the following topics
- HR Data & Reporting : contributing to dashboards and tracking indicators
- Digitalization : taking part in process optimization and automation initiatives
- Compensation & Benefits : supporting benchmarking exercises and compensation analyses
- Learning & Development : helping coordinate training activities and monitor the training budget
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a 2-year apprenticeship program (M1 or M2) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or a related field
- A first academic or practical exposure to HR operations is a plus (internship, project work, etc.)
Skills & Qualities
- Rigor and attention to detail : you handle sensitive data and processes where accuracy matters
- Organizational skills : you manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm and structure
- Interpersonal skills : you communicate clearly and professionally, including in cross-functional and international settings
- Proactivity : you take initiative, flag issues early, and look for solutions before being asked
- Discretion and confidentiality : you understand the importance of handling people-related information with care
- Adaptability : you thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
Tools & Languages
- Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Familiarity with an HRIS is a plus, not a requirement
- Professional English required (our teams and tools are international)
