About The Role

The appointee will provide support to various student-oriented activities and administrative support in the Division of Arts and Machine Creativity (AMC). Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with postgraduate program administration, such as checking admission offers, curricular and handling inquiries;
  • Maintain and update the Division's website and digital platforms, including uploading content, ensuring information accuracy and coordinating with relevant stakeholders on website enhancements;
  • Assist in organizing student activities such as promotion, supervising student helpers; and
  • Provide support for digital communications, online content management and promotional materials; and
  • Provide secretarial support to faculty and general office administration, as well as perform tasks assigned by the supervisors and Division Head.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant post-qualification work experience. They should possess a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and be proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and Adobe. Solid working experience in supporting academic programs in tertiary education will be an advantage. Knowledge of CANVA, Illustrator and/or Photoshop and website updates is preferred. The Ideal candidate should be self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Occasional work outside normal office hours and/or travel outside Hong Kong may be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
