About the Role

  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits through U.S. payer portals.
  • Support prior authorization requests and follow up until resolved.
  • Accurately document and maintain patient records in EHR or CRM systems.
  • Process referrals and coordinate care navigation tasks as needed.
  • Monitor work queues and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
  • Handle all patient information in full compliance with HIPAA protocols.

You're a Match If You Have

  • Handled patient scheduling or insurance verification for U.S.-based healthcare clients.
  • Worked with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.
  • Processed prior authorizations or medical billing for U.S. payers.
  • Operated under HIPAA compliance and strict documentation standards.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English — C1 level required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry (providers, insurance, care coordination, billing, or similar) — required and must be documented on your resume .
  • Comfortable with EHR platforms, insurance portals, or healthcare tools.
  • Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfort with CRMs and multiple web-based tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks across a queue.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
  • 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
  • Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start.
  • Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
  • Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
  • Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
  • Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.
