Trusted by companies in real estate, healthcare, finance, professional services, and other growth industries, MyOutDesk provides professionals the opportunity to build stable, long-term remote careers while contributing meaningfully to high-performing teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting and bookkeeping professional to support U.S.-based clients with day-to-day financial operations. You will keep the books accurate, invoices clean, and financial records up to date — giving your client full visibility into their numbers. If you have hands-on bookkeeping or billing experience from a BPO or U.S.-client facing environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and categorize daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable — generate invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and log payments.
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular schedule.
  • Build and send invoices based on team or client input; verify details before billing.
  • Support monthly close processes — prepare reports and flag discrepancies proactively.
  • Maintain organized financial records in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to verify costs and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Deliver regular financial summaries and flag anomalies immediately.

You're a Match If You Have

  • Managed bookkeeping or billing workflows for U.S.-based clients remotely or in a BPO.
  • Used QuickBooks or Xero to record transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate reports.
  • Handled AR/AP workflows including invoice generation and collections follow-up.
  • Followed defined accounting SOPs within U.S. accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred.
  • 2+ years in bookkeeping, accounting support, or billing — BPO or U.S.-client experience preferred and must be documented on your resume.
  • QuickBooks or Xero experience — required.
  • Your last 3 positions should reflect an average tenure of at least 1 year per role; this will be verified during the screening process.
  • High attention to detail and zero tolerance for errors.
  • Able to follow accounting SOPs, meet deadlines, and report accurately.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General).
  • 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations.
  • Private health insurance — Rímac EPS coverage from the start.
  • Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client.
  • Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts.
  • Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture.
  • Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years.
