We are currently seeking a Site Contract Negotiator to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Site Contract Negotiator at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the initiation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation of clinical trial agreements with investigative sites in the Czech Republic, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage complex contract amendments and ancillary agreements , balancing compliance with commercial and operational priorities
  • Act as a trusted partner to Czech sites , negotiating directly in Czech and English to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with study teams to enable timely site activation and study start-up
  • Track and manage contract progress in ICON and client systems, ensuring full transparency and accuracy
  • Proactively identify risks to timelines and drive mitigation strategies to keep studies on track
  • Ensure all contractual documents are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and may mentor junior colleagues

What you bring

  • Fluent English and Czech (essential) – ability to confidently negotiate with Czech sites
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–6 years’ experience in clinical research , ideally within site contracts, SSU, or legal/contracting roles
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements and negotiation processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet tight timelines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
