Sales Support & Quotations

• Generate cost estimates and proposals based on customer needs, leveraging your electrical curiosity and product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering support and guidance throughout the quotations process.
• Utilize SAP system, website resources, support from teammates and technical experts to gather information and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Assist outside sales team and management team in processing priority inquiries.
• Participating in meetings and trainings opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Electrical Instrumentation/Technology preferred
• Minimum two (2) years sales, account manager background for electrical or related industrial products a plus
• A natural curiosity about electrical products and a willingness to learn about our products portfolio
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with vague or incomplete information
• Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities may shift
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Having functional competence and basic understanding of manufacturing/product environment a plus
