Restaurant Manager

As Restaurant Manager , you will be responsable for operation of our gastronomic restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service while creating a warm and memorable experience for every guest.

You will be a highly visible presence in the restaurant and hotel

Your responsibilities will include

• Working with the management team to delevop and communicate the gastronomic offer
• Leading, motivating and supervising the restaurant team
• Ensuring consistently excellent standards of service, presentation and attention to detail.
• Welcoming guests and developing genuine relationships with both new and returning clients.
• Managing reservations, table allocation, guest flow and special requests.
• Handling guest feedback or complaints with confidence, empathy and discretion.
• Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour efficiency.
• Supporting food and beverage cost control and restaurant profitability.
• Contributing ideas and taking initiative to continuously improve both the restaurant and the overall guest experience.
