Food Service Server – Assisted Living Community

Our assisted living community is seeking a committed and experienced full-time Food Service Server to support our dietary department. This is an excellent opportunity to work daytime hours with a rotation of weekends, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist with meal setup, delivery, and cleanup to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members to meet dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Support special dietary requests and accommodate resident preferences as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled hours from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
