About The Role
At Bosch, we believe that employee feedback is a powerful driver of change. As an Employee Listening & Insights Specialist , you will help transform employee voices into meaningful insights, business decisions, and actions that improve the overall employee experience.
Working at the intersection of people, data, and organizational transformation , you will partner with HR stakeholders and global teams to design listening initiatives, analyze feedback, and support fact-based decision-making across the organization.
Your mission is to connect business needs with employee listening solutions, ensuring that insights are translated into actions that strengthen engagement, wellbeing, leadership effectiveness, and the employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders on employee listening and experience topics.
- Translate organizational needs into effective listening activities and solutions.
- Support the delivery of employee surveys, including engagement, wellbeing, pulse, leadership feedback, and lifecycle listening.
- Analyze employee feedback data and identify trends and insights.
- Transform data into clear recommendations and support action planning.
- Collaborate with operational and platform teams to continuously improve listening solutions.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Experience
- Experience in Employee Experience, Employee Listening, Organizational Development, People Analytics, or HR Technology.
- Experience with surveys, feedback methodologies, or organizational diagnostics is a plus.
Know-how
- Understanding of employee engagement and employee experience concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Medallia, Peakon, CultureAmp, Glint) or people analytics tools is an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
