Title: SW Subscription Sales Ops Analyst

Location: Belgrade, Serbia

Key Responsibilities

Quote Creation & Validation

  • Create software subscription quotes based on Sales requests and deal requirements
  • Validate completeness and accuracy of all input data prior to quote creation
  • Ensure correct application of pricing, discounts, and subscription terms

Document & Compliance Review

  • Review all required documentation (contracts, approvals, deal details) before processing quotes
  • Ensure contracts and deal structures align with internal policies and guidelines
  • Verify that all pricing approvals and exceptions are properly documented and authorized

Policy & Pricing Governance

  • Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and approval frameworks
  • Identify and flag deviations, risks, or missing approvals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues before quote submission

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other relevant teams to validate deal readiness
  • Submit finalized quotes to downstream teams (e.g., Deal Desk, Order Management, Billing)
  • Support communication and clarification between teams throughout the process

Process Accuracy & Efficiency

  • Maintain high accuracy and quality standards in quote creation
  • Follow defined SOPs and contribute to process improvements
  • Support efforts to streamline and standardize quoting processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Business Support, or similar operational roles within a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and business insights generation , with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of quote-to-contract processes , including quote creation, pricing, discount management, approval workflows, and contract documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, with experience in data management, analysis, dashboard creation, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance across operational and commercial processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying process optimization opportunities and driving operational excellence.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI , Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Generative AI solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, AI-assisted analytics tools) to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and enhance business performance.
