• A. Major Responsibilities : 主要职责
• Coach and train design engineers to improve skills.
• Participate to build global design process, and implement global process in local team.
• To be responsible for product layout design, model tree planning.
• Track working progress and make sure to deliver high quality model, drawing and BOM.
• Lead CI project and problem shooting
• Continue improvement design process and design quality control methods.
• B. Requirement Profile : 任职条件: 学历，工作经验，能力和技能

1. Education 学历:

Bachelor Or Above in Mechanical 机械相关专业学士及以上

1. Experience工作经验：

• Minimum3 Years Relevant Experience, Air-Conditioning mechanic design preferred
• 3年以上工作经验，从事过空调结构设计工作的优先

1. Skills 能力和技能：

• Strong mechanical product design and drawing making experience Required( Preferred on Air-conditioning)

良好的机械产品设计和制图经验（空调设计经验优先）

• Strong Computer Skills (Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office, Etc.)

良好的计算机技能（ Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office等）.

• Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills in English

良好的英语书面沟通和口头表达能力

• Strong Ability of communication and problem solving
