About The Role

We are currently looking Voice & Unified Communications our Qatar operations.

Manage Cisco UC platforms (CUCM, UCCX, PCCE, Unity, Expressway, Webex Calling).
Configure dial plans, SIP trunks, gateways, voicemail, and call flows.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Communications Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecom Systems support . Experience in financial institutions is a plus.
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise telephony and communication systems.
Manage IP-PBX, VoIP, SIP trunks, PRI circuits, and telecom gateways.
Support telecom services across branches, data centers, and corporate offices.
