Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As a Transfer Pricing Intern, you will engage with clients to provide guidance and support on transfer pricing matters, helping businesses establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy, assisting them in navigating complex tax regulations and optimizing their tax positions. As an Intern, you will support teams and participate in projects, focusing on learning and gaining exposure to PwC practices. You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing reliably to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in providing guidance on transfer pricing matters to clients
- Participating in projects to establish and maintain appropriate pricing for transactions between related entities
- Conducting research and gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns in transfer pricing
- Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and contribute to team success
- Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance reports
- Engaging in active listening and asking questions to enhance understanding and communication
- Collaborating with team members to produce quality work that adds value for clients
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC practices and methodologies
- Contributing to the development of financial models and economic analyses for transfer pricing projects
- Supporting the review of legal documents and tax regulations to minimize the risk of disputes
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity).

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
