• M&M’S Las Vegas is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 26 - 27 Holiday Season!
• This position is for a seasonal period of employment, through at least early January 2027 with the option to extend into a permanent position with benefits
• This position pays $17.50 per hour.

Job Overview

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, w elcome and greet the guests , cashier, selling , or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics .
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old to apply
• No Education or previous retail experience r equired
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety , food handling , Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
