This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do
- Analyze equipment performance to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCM
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime
- Track and report key reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety standards
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and regulated industry practices
- Familiarity with reliability tools such as FMEA, RCA, RCM, or TPM
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
