Description of the Role

Within Ayvens, Data Privacy Analyst supports the effective deployment for Data Compliance to protect our company and its customers .

On his/her perimeter, the Data Privacy Analyst is responsible for the coordination of the implementation of

• Ayvens Privacy Policies and Procedures
• Data Retention Policies and procedures

In line with SG Group guidelines and priorities

Role & responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of controls required under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data (LFDPPP)
• Assist in the management of Data Subject Request (ARCO Rights) and support responses within regulatory deadlines.
