DESCRIPTION: The Reservations Agent will be responsible for selling the client's Hotels worldwide to prospective customers by answering incoming calls, utilizing excellent communication, persuasive sales ability and world class customer service, to consult with them in reaching customized solutions to their travel needs.

HOURS: This is a full-time, long-term position. Must be flexible for scheduling to include days, nights, holidays, and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High school/GED BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 5 CSEC passes
• Minimum 1+ years' work experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
• Minimum typing speed of 20 to 30 wpm
• Must be 18 years and older
• Must possess a valid Jamaican ID (Passport, National ID or Driver's License)
