About the Role

Execute overall AI product strategy, vision, roadmap, and management of the product team. Ensures the developed products and features align with business objectives and customer needs and meet target adoption.

Work with tech team and local stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize features.

Market and Technology Trend Analysis

• Research and analyze industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in generative AI.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
• Provide actionable insights to inform our generative AI strategy.

Value Management and Strategy Alignment

• Collaborate with business to define strategic goals and objectives.
• Develop frameworks for measuring and evaluating value of the use cases from generative AI investments.
• Ensure alignment of generative AI projects with overall organizational strategy.

Performance Benchmarking

• Establish performance metrics and KPIs for generative AI projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Define Business Requirements

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define business requirements and translate it to generative AI requirements for implementation.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate generative AI adoption

Maintain a AI library

• Support on creating and maintaining AI library and uses case success stories
