ODM Project Manager - IoT Appliance & Solutions (ACG/ 林口園區)

• We are seeking an experienced ODM Project Manager specializing in AIoT DMS Embedded System products.
• This role involves contributing to product specification development, overseeing project progress and project lifecycle management to ensure smooth project execution.
• 【Key Responsibilities】

• Lead project development, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Innovate and propose solutions to meet the specific requirements of ODM customers.
• Manage expectation between customers and teams to swiftly resolve issues.
• Implement proactive risk management strategies, identifying and addressing potential issues early.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively manage conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.
• Take the lead in defining project specifications, ensuring functionality and quality assurance meet standards.
• Organize and lead project meetings, monitor progress, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee multiple projects from inception through to End-of-Life.

【Requirements】

• Bachelor's degree and above with a major in business or engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Proficiency in English across all communication domains (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Expertise in planning, executing, and successfully concluding projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
• Proven skills in proposal development, delivering compelling presentations.
