Your daily routine would include

• Develop a platform vision and strategic roadmap to ensure continuous ServiceNow instance evolvement.
• Drive strategic initiatives: platform consolidation, major upgrades, enterprise integration patterns.
• Approve significant custom development after cost/risk evaluation.
• Meet with Product Owners to review cross-product dependencies, prioritization conflicts and upcoming releases.
• Engage with architecture, security, and compliance teams to review high-risk items and audit findings.
• Maintain and evolve platform standards and roadmap documents.

We’ll know you can make it if you have

• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform / core modules architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance long-term platform health with short-term business demands.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

• ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
• ServiceNow certifications are a strong advantage.
