🕑 Shift: 2nd/Afternoon | Monday–Friday (Weekend rotations required)

Your Impact

As a Processing Cook , you’ll be at the heart of production—cooking cheese for multiple lines and ensuring we deliver the highest quality to millions of tables. This role handles up to 255,000 lbs. of product per shift , so precision, focus, and performance matter.

What You’ll Do

Production

• Follow production and cooker schedules
• Steam out and operate cookers
• Monitor Panelview screens, flow meters, emulsifiers
• Add condiments and wet mixes with exacting standards
• Complete cook sheets and track all traceability documentation
• Train and support new team members

Sanitation

• Maintain a spotless work area
• Assist with changeovers and boil-outs
• Support weekly deep cleans and system resets

Maintenance & Quality

• Monitor steam gauges, temperatures, and HACCP checks
• Partner with Lab on moisture control and quality assurance

Equipment You’ll Operate

Feeder hoppers, Panelview screens, scales, cookers, DCO batch tanks

Physical & Working Conditions

• Lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally
• Fast-paced, multi-line operations
• Warm (80°F) & humid conditions at times

Training & Development

• 🔹 3-week hands-on training with ongoing development through Ownerversity
• 🔹 Expect to be 90% competent in 4 months
