Position Summary
EBS Resource Management Lead
Acts as a critical anchor for organizational structure, driving alignment between talent capacity and long-term business goals for the global EBS. Works with the global EBS Planning team on headcount and budget planning from a forward-looking, strategic perspective. Assists in the execution of organizational design and collaborates with HR and other stakeholders on complex reorganizations, and coordination of global talent movements.
Essential Duties
- Collaborates with global EBS team on budget and headcount planning from a forward-looking, strategic perspective, aligning talent capacity with long-term business goals.
- Executes organizational design, including working with HR and other stakeholders on complex reorganizations and coordination of global talent movements.
- Serve as a key cross-functional collaborator, working closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and EBS Communications to ensure all talent movements and structural changes are legally compliant, seamlessly implemented, and clearly communicated to the broader organization.
- Leverage data analysis and data visualization platforms to streamline workflows, enhance reporting, and optimize organizational design.
- Actively learn and implement evolving AI tools and products to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Partner with global management at all levels; prepare critical deliverables for executives.
- Turn complex data into executive-ready dashboards and presentations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, human resources, organizational development, or a related analytical discipline.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years' work experience in resource management, finance, organizational design, workforce planning, or related HR/business strategy functions, including experience working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and/or Communications. Customer-focused orientation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel), with the ability to translate complex workforce and budget data into clear, executive-ready dashboards and presentations.
- Working knowledge of, and willingness to continuously learn, emerging AI tools and platforms to streamline resource and headcount workflows.
- Understanding of organizational design principles, reorganization processes, global talent mobility, finance functions, business case development or related work.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work with global management at all levels, including senior executives.
