As the Thrivera Clinical Director with Thrivera atHome, you'll play a vital leadership role supporting clients in their homes while guiding caregivers, partnering with families and healthcare providers, and ensuring exceptional clinical care. This position combines hands-on nursing, team leadership, client advocacy, and operational oversight—making every day meaningful and different.

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical oversight and hands-on nursing care while conducting client assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Partner with clients, families, physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, person-centered care.
- Lead, coach, and support caregivers and Home Health Aides through training, quality visits, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, staffing changes, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee medication management support, monitor client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to continuously improve quality and service.
- Support the continued growth of Thrivera by assisting with new service locations, cultivating community partnerships, and representing the organization throughout the community.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation, providing after-hours clinical guidance and leadership support to ensure continuity of care for clients and caregivers.
What You'll Bring
- Graduate of a state-approved LPN or RN nursing program with an active Iowa nursing license.
- Minimum of three years of healthcare experience , preferably serving older adults or within home health, senior living, or long-term care.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coaching experience is preferred.
- Valid Iowa driver's license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service area and provide hands-on client care when needed.
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to occasional evening, weekend, or holiday needs.
- A passion for leading others while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
