About The Role

Fabricate cable trays including ladder type, perforated type, and accessories.
Perform cutting, bending, drilling, welding, and assembly of tray components.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, sketches, and material schedules.
Mark out materials accurately as per dimensions and specifications.
Assemble tray sections, joints, bends, tees, reducers, and fittings.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and finishing quality of fabricated items.
Work with materials such as GI sheets, MS sheets, and aluminum where applicable.
Coordinate with site installation team for fabrication requirements.
Maintain fabrication tools, machinery, and workshop cleanliness.
Follow quality standards and minimize material wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures in workshop and site environment.
2–6 years of experience in HVAC / MEP fabrication works.
ITI / relevant educational background.
Strong experience in metal fabrication work (preferably cable trays / MEP works).
Ability to read fabrication drawings and measurements accurately.
Basic welding/fitting knowledge (TIG/MIG/arc welding advantage).
Good understanding of measurements, angles, and alignment.
Physically fit and able to work in workshop and site conditions.
Willingness to work in remote locations as required.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
Effective communication skills.
