About the role
Corporate cards, payments, IBAN accounts, spend control - we build an expense management platform that businesses run their financial operations on every day basis. Now we're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to help us ship more of it, faster and better.
You'll work on the full breadth of the platform: payment functionality, card products, IBAN accounts, and the compliance layer that holds it all together in a regulated financial environment. You'll be the person who turns a rough business idea into a clearly framed initiative, gets ten opinionated people aligned in one room, and signs off the final product before it goes live.
Key Responsibilities
- Frame the work. Turn incoming requests into crisp product scope - requirements, business context, assumptions, dependencies, open questions - so clear that estimation and approval become the easy part
- Align the humans. Bring the right stakeholders in at the right moment; keep decisions, blockers, and next steps visible so nobody is ever surprised (decision logs, status updates, meeting notes)
- Keep delivery moving. Answer the "what exactly should this do?" questions during refinement and development; weigh trade-offs and land on realistic MVP and next-iteration scope with the team
- Own the final check. Review what's built against what was agreed, walk the user flows yourself, and make the go/no-go call on product-side readiness - then drive the launch request through management or Board approval where needed
- Feed the machine. Prepare product inputs for governance, compliance, and risk processes (product descriptions, NPA-related materials) so initiatives clear approvals without stalling
- Run the room. Organise and lead alignment sessions like Business Refinement across Product, Design, Development, Compliance, Risk, and Operations - consolidate feedback, close open questions, and leave everyone with the same picture
- Raise the design bar. Review mock-ups, flows, and copy hands-on; guide designers on UI/UX and coordinate approvals - you'll shape how the product looks and feels, not just what it does
- Test what you ship. Validate features, UI, and user flows on the product side before anything reaches clients
Requirements
- 3–4+ years in product or project management
- A background in fintech, banking, SaaS platforms, banking/service platforms, or lending/crediting organizations - you know how regulated financial products actually get built
- Higher education in business, economics, finance, IT, or a related field
- English at professional working proficiency, written and spoken (additional languages are a nice bonus)
- Communication as a genuine superpower - you make complex things simple for engineers, executives, and everyone in between
- Stakeholder management skills with real patience behind them: diplomatic, calm, and able to build trust even with the most opinionated people in the building
- A long-term mindset - you commit to a product and a team, and you stick around to see things through
- A structured, data-informed way of thinking about priorities and decisions
- An understanding of payment flows, card products (issuing/processing), IBAN accounts, or expense management (a strong advantage)
- A good eye for UI/UX and genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves with designers - reviewing mockups, guiding decisions, raising the bar together
- Real stress resilience: you stay sharp with close management oversight, frequent reporting, and tight tracking of deliverables - pressure organizes you rather than rattles you
