Senior People & Culture Executive

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver a positive recruitment experience.
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and People & Culture programs.
• Foster positive relationships with employees and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
• Support other People & Culture initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in tech recruitment .
• Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across different functions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks independently.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• A positive team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a fun and supportive workplace.
