Job Responsibilities

Objetivo del puesto

Supervisar y asegurar condiciones seguras y saludables en las áreas productivas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo para maximizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos de prensas.

Principales responsabilidades

• Supervisar las actividades diarias del personal de mantenimiento.
• Dar seguimiento a fallas relevantes y realizar escalaciones cuando sea necesario.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes y rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Coordinar recursos y actividades para mantenimientos programados.
• Gestionar requisiciones y reservas de materiales en SAP.
• Liderar reuniones operativas y de seguimiento.
• Administrar indicadores de desempeño del área (MTTR, MTBF, tiempo muerto, cumplimiento de programas).
• Promover la mejora continua mediante iniciativas de ahorro y optimización de equipos.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Desarrollar, capacitar y evaluar al personal a cargo.
• Administrar recursos humanos y materiales del departamento.
• Participar activamente en auditorías internas y externas de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

Experiencia requerida

• De 6 a 9 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.

Conocimientos requeridos

• SAP (deseable)
