  • 整理库存、未完成发货、延迟订单和运营问题等简单报表。
  • 跟进采购订单、入库发货、补货时间和仓库交接。
  • 支持库存对账、缺货跟踪和库存过高问题跟踪。
  • 记录重复性流程,让交接更清楚,减少错误。
  • 及时反馈延期、信息缺失、供应商问题和运营风险。

  • 熟练使用表格和运营跟踪表。

  • 能够长期处理重复性运营工作,并保持准确性。
  • 遇到订单、发货或库存问题时,有实际解决问题的意识。

  • 能够在物流、库存、履约和行政运营任务之间灵活切换。

  • 有物流、电商运营、履约、库存、仓库协调或行政运营经验。
  • 使用过 Shopify、3PL 系统、承运商工具、Google Sheets、Airtable、ERP/WMS 或库存系统。
  • 熟悉采购订单、入库发货、退货、库存对账或供应商协调。
  • 具备中英文沟通能力。
  • 有与中国本地供应商、仓库或物流合作方协作的经验。

Italic is looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Shenzhen to support day-to-day logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and operations work. This role is for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable keeping shipments, inventory updates, vendor follow-ups, and internal trackers organized.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track shipments, delivery status, inventory updates, and fulfillment issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, carriers, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Help investigate order, shipment, stock, return, and delivery exceptions.
  • Keep logistics and operations trackers accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare simple reports on inventory, open shipments, delayed orders, and operational issues.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, inbound shipments, replenishment timing, and warehouse handoffs.
  • Support inventory reconciliation, stockout tracking, and overstock issue tracking.
  • Document recurring workflows so handoffs are clearer and mistakes are reduced.
  • Flag delays, missing information, vendor issues, and operational risks early.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Shenzhen and able to work closely with local suppliers, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and operational trackers.
  • Clear written communication and ability to follow up with vendors or teammates.
  • Able to handle routine operational tasks without losing accuracy.
  • Practical problem-solving mindset when orders, shipments, or inventory have issues.
  • Organized, reliable, and looking for a stable long-term role.
  • Comfortable working across logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and admin tasks.

HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED

  • Experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse coordination, or admin operations.
  • Experience with Shopify, 3PL portals, carrier tools, Google Sheets, Airtable, ERP/WMS tools, or inventory systems.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, inbound shipments, returns, inventory reconciliation, or vendor coordination.
  • Mandarin and English communication ability.
  • Experience working with China-based suppliers, warehouses, or logistics partners.
