We’re seeking a Sales Intern to join our business in North America during the summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Exposure to the Avery Dennison business and our customer base
- Work cross-functionally to gain business insights and exposure to various aspects of the business
- Learn our go to market sales strategy and customer segmentation
- Develop key skills: Build skills in areas such as project management, relationship management, customer engagement, time management and negotiation
- Potential project leader for enhancing commercial effectiveness or best practice
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree (Sales Certificate or Sales Program preferred)
- Previous internship/co op experience or relevant work experience (a plus)
- Google suite knowledge, natural curiosity, and interest in continuous learning
- Experience via student organizations, such as Alpha Kappa Psi, Association of Latino Professionals of America, Multicultural Business Association, etc., or volunteerism/similar activities
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work 
- No sponsorship available now or in the future
The hourly salary for this position is $22 - $27 /hour based off where you are at academically.
The hourly rate above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
