Press Brake Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machinery according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for each project.
• Measure and inspect parts during and after production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating press brake equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and shop documentation.
• Strong understanding of measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
