What does a Sales Support Specialist role mean at Prinova?

This role supports customer service, sales, and logistics operations by managing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Working closely with customers, sales teams, warehouses, and carriers, the role helps ensure smooth order fulfilment, accurate stock management, and effective issue resolution. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop their experience in commercial and logistics operations.

What to expect?

  • Take, confirm, and enter customer orders
  • Respond to customer requests and issues promptly
  • Coordinate quality documents and sample shipments
  • Support customers when the Sales Manager is unavailable
  • Enter opportunities and quotes into the CRM
  • Monitor shipments and ensure excellent customer service
  • Review stock levels and coordinate with warehouses and carriers
  • Prepare shipping documents (instructions, invoices, labels, etc.)
  • Handle complaints, non-conformances, and blocked stock
  • Perform monthly stock reconciliations and follow up with Finance
  • Review invoices from warehouses and forwarders
  • Conduct occasional warehouse visits
  • Support ongoing projects within the department
