Castle Hill BMW is seeking an Assistant Used Car Sales Manager to support our high-performing Used Vehicle Sales team and help drive continued success.

The Role

Reporting to the Used Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership of the Used Vehicle Department. You will assist in coaching and motivating the sales team, driving profitability, and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Used Vehicle Sales Department
• Coach, mentor and develop Sales Consultants to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Drive performance across sales volume, GPU and NPS
• Manage customer enquiries, lead follow-up and relationship building
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales documentation
• Promote F&I, aftermarket and other business opportunities
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Leadership or team supervision experience highly regarded
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer service skills
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• CRM and DMS experience (ERA Net advantageous)
• Current unrestricted NSW Driver's Licence
