Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Fill open roles within agreed timelines
• Maintain strong candidate pipeline always
• Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
• Ensure accurate job descriptions and screening
• Provide excellent candidate communication and experience

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years recruitment experience
• Proven end-to-end hiring experience
• Experience recruiting in Riyadh/KSA markets
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Interviewing and assessment techniques
• Job description and scorecard writing
• HR compliance and documentation
• Stakeholder management
• Communication and negotiation
• Relationship building
• Attention to detail
• Process ownership and accountability
