PERSONAL BANKER

Pay: $19–$23/hour Location: Colorado

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Switchboard is seeking a Personal Banker on behalf of our client, a well-established, privately held community bank with a long history serving families and businesses across the region (company name and details will be provided in your initial interview). This is a great fit for a customer-focused go-getter who enjoys building relationships, helping people with their financial needs, and being a key part of a supportive branch team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily
• Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accounts
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customers
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needs
• Perform basic loan administration as needed
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Cash handling experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain close attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales experience preferred but not required
