EMB_JTC_ Project Safety Manager (PSM)

• Lead Functional Safety processes across assigned projects and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ECE R13H).
• Drive alignment of customer requirements with Functional Safety solutions and leverage synergies across projects.
• Support analysis such as FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA
• Identify and evaluate safety risks and drive mitigation actions with cross‑functional teams.
• Coordinate internal and external assessments and audit
• Serve as the main customer contact for Functional Safety topics, providing guidance and timely communication.
• Provide safety status reports, release recommendations, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Act as a Functional Safety coach, promoting awareness and best practices within the project team.
• Project Management and Systems Engineering.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety standards(e.g., GB21670, ECER13H) and vehicle control systems (e.g., ABS, TCS, AYC).
• Experience in safety analysis methods and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to identify risks, think analytically, and lead cross‑functional discussions.
