Job Description
Job Summary
Provides strategic leadership for enterprise business strategy, portfolio analytics, operational reporting, and decision-support functions across Sales, Originations, Servicing, and Dealer Services. Directs the development and execution of analytics strategies that enhance profitability, optimize operational performance, and inform enterprise decision-making. Leads high-performing analytics and reporting teams while partnering with executive leadership to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support long-term organizational objectives.
Job Duties
- Establishes and executes the strategic vision for business strategy, portfolio analytics, operational reporting, and performance measurement across Sales, Originations, Servicing, and Dealer Services.
- Directs the development, maintenance, and delivery of operational, financial, portfolio, and executive reporting to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Evaluates portfolio performance, credit trends, and originations results to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging business impacts; recommends strategies to improve profitability and mitigate risk.
- Partners with executive leadership to develop, assess, and implement business initiatives, operational enhancements, and portfolio strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Oversees analysis of operational effectiveness and monitors results of process improvements, ensuring expected outcomes are achieved and corrective actions are identified when necessary.
- Provides strategic consultation and analytical leadership during the evaluation, onboarding, and implementation of new business partnerships, products, programs, and initiatives.
- Collaborates with Information Technology and business stakeholders to prioritize, govern, and implement system enhancements supporting pricing, credit, analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Communicates business performance, strategic recommendations, and portfolio insights to executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
- Leads, develops, and mentors analytics and reporting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or educational experience in related field preferred, or relevant work experience, project and/or program management certification preferred
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in business strategy, analytics, finance, credit risk, operations, or a related field.
- including 8+ years of with increasing scope, complexity, and organizational impact.
- Experience leading enterprise analytics, reporting, and strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Advanced knowledge of business analytics, reporting methodologies, data interpretation, and performance measurement.
- Advanced knowledge of portfolio management, credit risk analysis, and operational performance metrics.
- Advanced analytical and strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Advanced leadership, collaboration, and change management skills.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of data architecture, reporting platforms, and enterprise technology environments supporting analytics functions.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

- skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
- The pay range for this role is $197,700.00 - $280,200.00 annually.
