Key Responsibilities

As a Franchise Operations Intern, you will play a key role in supporting Coca-Cola’s relationships with franchise partners, ensuring operational alignment, and driving commercial success across different territories.

  • Assist in managing relationships with franchise bottlers and business partners.
  • Support the implementation of franchise strategies to drive growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize product distribution and marketing efforts.
  • Analyse franchise performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help develop training materials and programs for franchise teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the franchise business model.

Requirements

  • Educational background: An undergraduate student, pursuing a bachelor's degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Right to work: Legal authorisation to work in Spain. No visa sponsorship is provided.
  • Commitment: Must be available to start October 1st, 2026, and commit to 40 hours/week for a 12-month internship.
  • Language: Fluency in English (with strong verbal and written communication skills)
  • Attributes: Enthusiasm towards Coca-Cola, its brands and its values. Curious, agile, creative and passionate about learning and making a true impact in a high-performance and diverse environment.
  • Relationship skills: Being inclusive, team-oriented, and adept at building relationships.
  • Relevant Knowledge: Basic understanding of franchise and business operations. Strong leadership and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and a sense of initiative. Analytical and good in stakeholder management.
