About The Role

Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure and connectivity.
Support configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network devices under supervision.
Prepare and maintain network documentation , including network diagrams, IP planning sheets, and asset records.
Develop and update SOPs for basic network operations such as failover and link up/down procedures.
Assist with network implementation, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
Collaborate with the Network team to ensure smooth and secure network operations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Networking Fundamentals , OSI & TCP/IP models , and IP Addressing & Subnetting .
Understanding of Routing (Static, Default Routes) and Switching concepts (MAC Table, VLANs, Trunking) .
Familiarity with ARP, ICMP, DNS, and DHCP .
Proficiency in Microsoft Visio/draw.io , MS Excel , and MS Word .
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
