Purpose of the role

  • You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by applying industry-standard QA practices and tools.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with development and product teams to design, execute, and optimize test plans across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Your work will help identify and resolve issues early, drive continuous improvements in testing processes, and contribute to seamless, high-quality product releases.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze feature requirements and proactively participate in planning sessions;
  • Prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans);
  • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Android/iOS), and PWAs;
  • Actively participate in feature acceptance processes before releases;
  • Maintain and update the test base in TestRail;
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies (daily, grooming, retro, planning);
  • Communicate with developers, designers, and the PO regarding identified issues;
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and internal standards;

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance;
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
  • Solid experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, Zephyr);
  • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
  • Knowledge of browser dev tools, network analysis, and debugging techniques;
  • Proficiency in defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., gambling, banking, health tech);
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach to quality;
  • Experience using AI tools for QA activities
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills (B2+ or higher);
  • Russian – native-level proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO);
  • Experience in testing mobile applications (iOS and Android);
