About The Role

Your contribution to something big

  • Configure, maintain, and improve Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) supporting production operations and shopfloor digitalization.
  • Manage product data, production workflows, routing, and traceability requirements within the MES environment.
  • Support the implementation of new functionalities and system integrations across manufacturing applications.
  • Configure and support Andon solutions to enhance real-time production monitoring and operational visibility.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and production performance indicators.
  • Support packaging control and traceability solutions, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MES, Andon, and packaging system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and digital solutions.

What distinguishes you:  

Education

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in a production environment.

Know-how

  • Knowledge of production processes, industrial automation, and manufacturing systems integration.
  • Knowledge about C/C++, Python
  • Knowledge agile methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Experience with PLCs, industrial networks, and shopfloor digitalization is an advantage.
  • Understanding of traceability, packaging systems, and quality requirements.

Languages

  • Fluent English skills. German is a plus.
