Let's start with the role

You will be part of the growing FP&A team, working in a friendly environment that fosters collaboration, agility, and personal development. In this role, you will assist in Management Reporting and Key Business Drivers understanding. Additionally, you will support the FP&A team with data management and maintenance, while contributing to strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.

As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will

• Support the team with day-to-day tasks, including data extraction and validation for accuracy;
• Use data management systems to access and assess specific information;
• Collect, extract and combine financial data to conduct standardized analysis;
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, rolling and latest estimates, coordinating all relevant teams;
• Maintain data within financial models and tools;
• Support the monthly financial reporting process and management reporting;
• Analyze financial data and assist with variance analysis, identifying and explaining variances;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
• Support in conduction of variance analysis, explaining differences between budgeted/forecasted figures and actual performance.
• Assist in preparation of accurate and insight-driven monthly reporting packages for key stakeholders.
• Contribute in the evaluation of the financial impact and ROI of new initiatives, analyse ad-hoc business queries to provide clear data-driven insights paired with actionable recommendations.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• A post graduate degree, an MBA or a professional certification will be considered a plus;
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance, financial accounting, or other finance-related fields;
• Strong analytical skills gained through finance education, with a solid understanding of reporting process structures and systems;
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written;
• Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel: writing macros, analyzing with pivot tables, graphs and charts;
• Willingness to work with financial systems and tools and further explore data manipulation, automation and modelling through Python, SQL, or other programming languages;
• Strong communication skills.
