What you can expect

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and user experiences. You will be responsible for leading the design process from conception to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for new products and features, from ideation and concept development to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design specifications.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps through customer research and design explorations
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers.
  • Contribute to achieving key product milestones by creating the designs that drive customer growth, NPS score, conversions, and much more
  • Review metrics and analytics to track and measure the impact of design

Additional Duties

  • Build and maintain design documentation. Including but not limited to enterprise UI Style guide, Customer Journey maps, SiteFlows, and User flows
  • Ensure usage of consistent branding, language, and design across products.
  • Stay current on knowledge and skills necessary for in the area of product design best practices and, platform capabilities
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to make sure they have the product design skills to complete the job
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
  • Strong knowledge and ability to work across all phases of the digital product design process; including user research, ux writing, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Pendo, Google Gemini, Miro, and Asana
  • Ability to analyze data from user research and synthesize those insights to inform product decisions
  • Ability to adapt your designs across a variety of platforms and form factors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.
