The Role

Location: Melbourne

We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week.

  • Build the Dream: Be a foundational member of a brand-new, dedicated team, shaping the culture and strategy for the iconic Asahi account from day one.
  • Drive Strategy for Legends: Develop and steer market-leading, integrated media strategies for some of Australia's most-loved beverage brands.
  • Plan for the Future: Lead the charge on the 2027 annual planning, translating client goals into innovative, omnichannel campaigns that deliver real growth.
  • Be the Connection: Act as the key link between senior clients, media partners, and our internal agency village to deliver seamless and effective campaigns.
  • Shape the Craft: Collaborate with our national planning community, sharing your expertise to help define and elevate our planning best practice.

Ideal Skills and Experience

A strategic and positive planner who gets a buzz from building new things, fostering relationships, and shaping culture will excel in this role. We’re also looking for;

  • Media Agency Pro: You have multiple proven years of recent, hands-on media agency experience and live and breathe omnichannel planning.
  • The Ultimate Relationship Builder: You're a natural at creating strong connections with senior clients, internal teams, and media partners.
  • A Campaign Champion: You have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder media campaigns from initial brief to final measurement.
  • An Agile Innovator: You possess a positive, efficient, and agile mindset, with a passion for finding creative and disruptive solutions to client challenges.
  • Data-Driven Storyteller: You expertly blend data, marketing science, and eCommerce strategies to create compelling media recommendations that smash objectives.
