Creator.co is an innovative platform that empowers creators and brands to connect, collaborate, and thrive in the digital space. Our vision is to be the destination where brands and creators connect, collaborate, grow, and earn more.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Community Coordinator to help keep our creator community and support operations running smoothly day to day. This role covers (but not limited to) ticket support, day-to-day CRM and community platform tasks, direct communication with creators, and support for our Creator Storefronts product. You'll also be a visible, engaged presence for Creator.co, both within our community and across our social channels. Note this is not a social media management role: content creation and brand strategy are owned elsewhere.
This is a great opportunity to learn the systems behind a fast-growing creator platform, with guidance from the Affiliate Performance Manager and room to grow as you build experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day support tickets and improve existing workflows.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up to date, including data entry and reporting.
- Administer the creator community platform, including posing and responding to member questions.
- Communicate directly with creators, assisting with onboarding, and program updates, escalating anything complex to the Affiliate Performance Manager.
- Contribute to Creator Storefronts development, including feature ideas, defining requirements and testing as features go live.
- Act as an engaged, visible presence for Creator.co within our community and on social channels, contributing content ideas and occasional light content in coordination with our other team members.
- Keep SOPs and process documents up to date as workflows change.
- Track and follow up on outstanding action items across creator programs and partner sign-ups.
- Consolidate data for a recurring monthly performance report.
- Take on other ad hoc administrative and research tasks as assigned.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, CRM, or community management role
- Familiarity with Zendesk or a similar helpdesk tool.
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up day-to-day tasks like drafting responses, summarizing, or organizing information
- Comfortable being a visible, public-facing presence for the brand across community and social platforms
- Excellent written English and clear communication.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking initiative.
- Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions when something's unclear.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with a CRM or community platform (User.com, Circle, or similar).
- Some experience with light content creation (captions, simple graphics, short-form copy) is a plus, though not a core part of this role
- Background in business, communications, or marketing.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary and benefits package (health, dental, and vision insurance)
- A vibrant, dog-friendly office in downtown Vancouver with the flexibility of remote work 2 days per week
- An inclusive environment with a team of passionate and talented individuals
- A supportive company culture that values collaboration, innovation, and communication
- The opportunity to participate in the scaling up of a thriving company including the professional and personal upside that comes with it
Compensation
- We offer a starting annual salary of $50,000 – $55,000 CAD
- Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
