Procurement Analyst - RBU

Role Purpose

Provide procurement analytics, category intelligence, bid analysis, reporting and savings tracking to support data-led decision-making across the QMM procurement program.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop procurement dashboards, trackers, executive reports and KPI summaries.
• Analyze supplier pricing, bid returns, category benchmarks and market trends.
• Prepare commercial comparison tables, savings calculations and scenario analyses.
• Maintain supplier databases, procurement schedules and category pipeline data.
• Support governance reporting at key milestones.
• Monitor savings realization, procurement progress and risk indicators.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• 3-7 years experience in procurement analysis, commercial analysis, cost analysis or business reporting.
• Advanced Excel capability and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope.
• Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
• Experience producing commercial comparison tables, savings calculations, tender evaluation analyses, procurement dashboards, and governance reports.
• Experience supporting procurement for construction packages, engineering services, materials, fit-out, or infrastructure-related scopes.
• Experience working with project teams, commercial teams, finance teams, senior management, and external suppliers.
