About The Role

We are looking for  AHPRA Registered Psychologists  who can deliver authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in a wide range of services across a diverse and dynamic client base .

This role offers a varied caseload , including

  • Early intervention and prevention programs.
  • Workplace wellbeing and organisational partnerships.
  • Medicare-funded services.
  • Community and individual therapy.

You will have the opportunity to work across different referral pathways and settings , providing flexibility and professional variety.

This role can be offered as a part-time [min 2 days] or full-time opportunity. Clinicians must be available to see clients face to face when required. The role may also include hybrid telehealth work as agreed.

About You

We are looking for a Mental Health Clinician who

  • Enjoys working across a broad and varied caseload.
  • Is confident building relationships with local employers and community partners.
  • Values early intervention, prevention, and holistic care approaches.
  • An interest in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities , and/or  children and adolescents is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case mangers and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards.

  • Registered Psychologist with AHPRA ;
  • Willingness to obtain NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) accreditation and WorkSafe VIC provider number ;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to part of a dynamic, social and hard-working team.
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
