Baygold is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join our Growth & Development Team. This is a unique career opportunity for someone wanting to build a long-term career delivering complex land development and orchard establishment projects.

About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of orchard development projects from planning and design through to construction, planting, and project handover. You'll gain hands-on experience managing project programmes, budgets, contractors, reporting, stakeholder relationships, and project documentation while building your capability to lead increasingly complex projects.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing assigned project workstreams and progressively taking ownership of project activities
• Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Coordinating activities across contractors, consultants, growers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring project performance, identifying emerging risks, and supporting mitigation strategies
• Spending regular time on active development sites to build practical project management capability
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Baygold's project management systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders to support successful project delivery

Ideally, you will have

• A qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• The ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
