Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy services to clients located in Massachusetts
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support clients using ethical and evidence-informed counseling practices
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a confidential, respectful, and professional online care experience

Requirements

• Must hold an active Massachusetts license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Experience in therapy, counseling, or clinical social work
• Comfortable working in a telehealth / remote setting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide consistent, client-centered care
